We have the Software for both the Manufacturing Operations Human Resource Management or the Typical Human Resource Management Company involved in the recruitment process. This handles the leave management, Employee HR Management in terms of the documents routing. It has also the provision for the recruitment as for the organisation or based for the HR Company as the case maybe.
The software also has the provision for the attendance management by way of the import or the soft integration with the biometric system.
Recruitment request, Candidate entry and Recruitment process can be done under this tab. Click the View Details link at the top right corner of the Recruitment Request window to view the available recruitment request. Candidate's entry form is available in the company's website.
We have added the new feature for the safety permit being attached with each of the new work order or the breakdown maintenance which is taken up. The Lock for the feature shall be that they can withdraw any spare or consumables with the completion of the approval from the Safety Manager. This is checked in the global settings if the feature is required to be enabled as mandatory or optional.
