Our drawing automation solution now has a new option to generate a customized costing and quotation sheet. Users can design their own quotation and costing sheet and then incorporate the same into the system for automatic costing and quotation generation.

New Client Acquisition:
 
1) To reduce defects and improve quality of their components, a leading manufacturer of inner rings & outer rings for bearings has approached SPUDWEB to implement the automated vision inspection system.
 
2) A leading manufacturer of EOT Cranes, HOT Cranes, Factory Cranes, Portal Cranes,Jib Cranes, Goliath Cranes, Gantry Cranes, etc, has approached SPUDWEB to automate the design of cranes manufactured by them.
Major Project Completed:
 
SPUDWEB was engaged to develop manufacturing execution system (MES) by a conglomerate that has presence in sectors such as F&B, Hospitality, Tobacco, Mouth Fresheners , Packaging, Agro Forestry, Rubber Thread and Infrastructure. The scope of the work was to monitor and control all their machines and equipment across various factories.
 
The study of equipments like weighing scales, air compressors, RO Plant, Hygrometersand HVAC System as well as PLC machines (which includes PLC’s of Allen Bradley, Panasonic, Schnieder, Mitsubishi) were done to create an interface to monitor and control those equipments and machines with SCADA system with proper historical logging system. For interaction between SCADA system and our Software, SQL database was created and then with the help of Visual Basic coding feature Rockwell SCADA system was able to push machines’ data to the SQL Database.
