SPUHRM software designed to manage essential HR and people-management tasks. It begins with Master, Request/approval, Requirement, and Ends in generating Reports. HR software offers tools that make the process of requesting and approving more effective. It includes the whole personal process from Recruiting to Documentation. Benefits like Reports, Import/Exports, and Shifts are also available in HR Software. Biometric Features can also be customised in this software



All the Master tables are present in the MASTER tab. Admin user can add/update/view the master table records.Master tables is used for loading data’s. As the initial data setup is huge, Data’s can be added through excel. Data’s can also be added through online when required.



Employee record can be added/updated and viewed. After clicking the Employee link, Employee records are displayed in the view panel. Press the edit symbol of the Employee record that needs to be updated. Press Add new link at the top right corner of the Employee Master window in view panel. Press the delete (x) symbol of the record that needs to be deleted.



Shift timings can be assigned to all or selected employees date/week/month wise. Employees can be selected based on the department. Select the department for which shift time has to be assigned. Select the date filter and assign the shift details. Press save button if the shift changes need to be updated.



Employees can request for leave, permission, comp off and movement.Select request tab to send the following request

  • Leave Request.
  • Manual Attendance Request.
  • Permission Request.
  • Comp Off Request.
  • Customer Visit.


    Admin/HOD can approve or reject the following Request

  • Leave Approval.
  • Manual Attendance Approval.
  • Permission approval.
  • Comp Off Approval.
  • OT Approval.
  • Customer Visit.


    Recruitment request, Candidate entry and Recruitment process can be done under this tab. Click the View Details link at the top right corner of the Recruitment Request window to view the available recruitment request. Candidate’s entry form is available in the company’s website.

    Using this link we can import the data from the system and export the data to the system. PLC Details, Gross Salary, Employee Master, Salary Revision can be imported. Paypac Details can be exported According to Location, Designation, Department and Employee.



    Reports like Public Holiday, Employee Report, Weekly Calculation Report, Attendance Report, Leave Report, Generic Report and PLC Report can be generated under this tab.
